The Owl Apprentice || Original Sculpture Box

This one of a kind piece features a lovingly hand sculpted and painted clay owl surrounded by dozens of enchanting handmade miniatures. Countless hours went into each step of the creation of this piece and I am so in love with how it turned out and so proud to reveal the finished piece. 

The owl is sculpted from polymer clay and painted with acrylics, the mushroom caps and candles are also polymer clay. The scrolls and vintage posters are torn watercolor paper aged with a watercolor wash, I then drew the illustrations with a prismacolor pencil. The books are made from secondhand leather scraps and recycled cardboard and are hand painted with shimmery metallic inks. I made the crystal ball and candle stands from metal bead caps. The cage the owl sits atop features moss and tiny sculpted fungi. 

Lined inside with black felt. Logo engraved and hand signed on bottom w/ protective non-scratch feet. Comes with official certificate of authenticity.
